Tom's Notes
- Left shoulder turns down
- Your hands move back and inward, it should feel like they are wrapping around your body
- Note that the right elbow and right forearm are pointing downward, not backward.
The right elbow distance from the body may vary, but the downward direction is essential.
- The elbows are still about the same distance apart as they were at address.
- Weight shifts to front foot at top
- Maintain angle of inclination (side tilt)
- Allow your rear leg to straighten, forward knee flexes.
