Special Issue - "Go Fund Me" request for a friend I've only sent out a request like this once before, in January of 2017 when a friend from BCC - Dan Grastorf - died suddenly and his family needed assistance. I would not send this if I didn't think that it was for a worthy cause. Another friend who has been instrumental in my website presence and in broadcasting my weekly newsletter has come across very hard times. A series of unanticipated medical events in his life and his partners life have generated huge medical and medical related bills that are challenging his efforts to keep his head above water.
